Peak Podiatry is very proud to be widely recognised as Perth’s premier Sports Podiatry practice. We are a professional Sports Podiatry practice specialising in the treatment of soft tissue injuries, sporting injuries and mechanical conditions 
of the foot and lower limb through biomechanical and gait analysis, diagnosis and management.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Peak Podiatry provides professional podiatry services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of foot and lower limb conditions.

  • Our services comply with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Podiatry Board of Australia regulations.

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Peak Podiatry and our patients, website users, and any individuals engaging with our services.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
  • Appointments can be made via phone, online booking, or in person at our clinic.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter consultation time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

3. Fees and Payments
  • Consultation fees will be advised at the time of booking and are payable at the end of each appointment.

  • We accept Medicare, private health insurance, EFTPOS, and credit card payments.

  • If you have private health insurance, we can process claims on your behalf using HICAPS, but any gap payment is the patient’s responsibility.

  • All outstanding accounts must be settled before further treatment is provided.

4. Refunds and Returns
  • We do not provide refunds for services already rendered. If you have concerns about your treatment, please discuss them with our team.

  • Orthotics and other custom devices are non-refundable once they have been prescribed and dispensed.

  • Faulty or defective products may be eligible for replacement, subject to supplier warranty conditions.
